Perfect Circle is a Polish training and coaching company run by Marek Wzorek. It operates in professional workforce development — organizing training sessions, workshops and development programs for businesses. The company was growing fast, but its technology infrastructure couldn't keep up. Employees used private Gmail accounts, documents were scattered everywhere, and the CRM was misconfigured. PAH stepped in as the technology partner who cleaned up the chaos — quickly, professionally, and without stopping the business.
01 / Challenge
Employees used private Gmail accounts instead of company ones, files were scattered across private drives, and the Pipedrive setup didn't work properly — no calendar sync or automatic reminders meant leads got lost in the funnel and follow-ups never happened.
02 / Solution
We rolled out Google Workspace on a company domain and structured all digital assets on Google Drive. We fixed the Pipedrive setup — Google Calendar integration, automatic reminders and a sales funnel tailored to the company's processes. The entire migration ran in Zero Downtime mode — on Monday morning the team logged into a fully working environment.
